Meet our representative on arrival at Bagdogra airport or NJP railway station and drive to Darjeeling. Upon arrival, check into a hotel. In the evening you are free to explore the local area.

Overnight stay at the hotel.

Early in the morning, we will leave for Tiger Hill for witnessing sunrise over Mt. Kanchendzonga. Return to the hotel and en-route visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. Later, after breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, PNZ Zoological Park (closed on Thursday), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refuge Centre (closed on Sunday) and Tea Garden (outer view). Return to the hotel for lunch and spend rest of the day at leisure, followed by overnight stay.

After breakfast drive to Gangtok, land of unspoiled natural beauty with alpine landscapes, thick luxuriant forests, rivers in torrent and peaceful lakes. On arrival, check into a hotel. For rest of the day you are free to explore the local area.

Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, proceed to Tsongmo Lake (12,210 ft) and Baba Mandir, a 40 km drive which takes 2.5 hrs. This lake is located very close to Nathu La Pass, which is the entry point to China termed as the “Silk Route” and remains frozen for most parts of the year. The lake is home to the Brahminy ducks and many migratory birds. Nearby is the sacred Baba Mandir, which is highly acknowledged for its spiritual worth. We can also visit the Nathu La Pass, which is the border between India and China. Later drive back to Gangtok. In the evening you are free for your own activities, followed by overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast drive to Bagdogra airport or NJP railway station for reaching your onward destination.
