DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR VIETNAM (TOURIST AND BUSINESS):
- Passport
- Valid for 6 months after travel date
- Must have 2 blank pages
- Photocopy of present passport (front and back page)
- Two duly filled application forms
- Two recent passport photographs
- 35 x 45 mm
- On white background
- Confirmed travel booking with day to day travel details
- Covering letter with details and purpose of travel
- If visiting for Tourism
- Copy of letter of invitation from inviting partners (travel agents/tourist companies)
- If visiting family/friends
- Copy of letter of invitation from partners
- Invitation letter issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan
- Proof of relationship
- If visiting on Business
- Invitation letter from the Vietnam company/organization
- Visa support letter to be submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tashkent.
- Letter of confirmation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to be sent directly to the embassy in India.
- Proof of Finance
- Bank statement for last 6 months
- Last 3 years ITR
- Foreign exchange endorsement
- Copy of credit cards
- If Self-Employed/Business
- Proof of ownership (Partnership deed, articles of association or proof of proprietorship)
- ITR of Company
- Bank statement for last 3 months of company
- If Employed
- Certificate of employment from employer/NOC/ leave sanctioned

The processing time for a Vietnam Business or Tourist eVisa is approximately 3 business days.
However, processing days will be calculated once all documents have been submitted in accordance with the embassy requirements.

The minimum processing time for a Vietnam Business visa from Delhi is 10-12 working days, and 10-12 working days for an express visa.
